Installers

This would include delivery drivers. For installer setup, see-> Installers

Note - for any changes, Column E needs to be completed.

A - Added - E - Edited - D - Deleted

Installer Exceptions

This page is used to inform BUZ that the Installer is on leave.

If it is a new entry, leave the PKId Column blank; if updating or editing a previous entry, a PKid will be present.
Enter the Installers code
The date that the Installer will not be available
Add FALSE to inform BUZ that the Installer won't pick up any items that day.
Installer hours set to -1
- -1 tells BUZ to ignore that whole day; 0 will still count this as a production day and may affect the dispatch date for orders
Add a Description if required
Next, let BUZ know that the line is TRUE

Which Inventory Groups can the Installer install?

Installer Areas

Areas serviced by each installer/Dispatch.

Using the areas serviced by each Delivery and Installer may be one or many Areas.

The areas are set up in Sales settings and then allocated to the Installer through this export. See setup of areas→ Import Export Sales Settings.

Dispatch Status

List of status for Despatch/ Installs and the sequence they apply from Unconfirmed to Completed Dispatch Status

Job Tracking Exceptions

Dates that Jobs, particularly Production jobs, will have a different capacity to their standard daily capacity.

To allow customers to enter orders but for them not to fall on the days you have holidays or are closed.

Enter your information Production Line Code, Production Date, Capacity, Description, Is Current, Operation

Note: the Operation is "A" for adding a new exception; BUZ will create a Pkid, so do not fill this in. In the example above, I have used the ALL Production Line Code as this reflects all Production lines. If you have different Production lines away at other times, you will need to add them individually.

Job Tracking Status

Status for order in jobs and production.

Job Tracking Process

Processes mainly apply to manufacturing where multiple Production Lines converge at a single operation, such as fabric cutting.

Job Tracking Line

These are areas that Jobs need to be tracked, such as suppliers and production lines.

Job Tracking Cut-Off Times

This is used where same-day or next-day delivery is offered to set the latest order that can be received for production that day.
