Through out BUZ there are many business rules that are applied when a user performs an operation. A discussion of those can be found here.

Check Measure Cancelled

If an order has a Check Measure requested and the Check Measure is later set to "Not required" the Check Measure will be cancelled in Despatch and the Work Flow/ Production items will no longer be "Waiting for Check Measure".
