Users
Manage who has access to your organisation.
Everyone that logs into BUZ requires user access.
There are various levels of access being
Admin
Sales
Installer
Scanning Station
Customer
These permissions can be further restricted if the User does not require access to particular areas.
Licenses
With BUZ, you can manage your licenses and users.
You can access your current License details: Settings → Users → License Details
or through your Organisational Details: Settings → Organisation Details → License Details
You will see the total number of existing licenses and can invite users as you want.
To invite a user, go to Settings → Users → Invite User.
Administrator User License
Office Admins can have but are not limited to full organisation access. If a user is assigned this role, they have full access to your organisation's system, depending on the group access provided.
Sales Representative User License (Sales Reps)
A sales rep licence/role limits a user to only access Quotes & Orders that are assigned to them only.
Installer User License (Installers)
An Installer licence/role limits a user to only access orders assigned to them.
Scanning Station User License
A Scanning station licence/role limits a user to only access Job Tracking / Dispatch scanning for production.
Leads Licence
A leads licence limits a user to only access leads. (Licence required is the same as A Scanning Station licence)
Customer User License
A customer licence/role limits a user to only access Quotes and Orders for that customer's assigned company.

Attaching a Calendar to a User profile.
Plan your day with a calendar. Users can have a Sales, Installer or both types of calendars if they wish.
Selecting a Calendar in the User profile will restrict the Orders and appointments that the user can see.
