Chart of Accounts

Once you have connected to an accounting package, such as Xero or MYOB, you can import the chart of accounts (COA) from the accounting software.

Any time an update is made in the accounting software, you can update the COA in BUZ by selecting the “Get Chart Of Accounts” Button, and this will update any changes in account codes or

You can also Export/import the current list via a CSV file

Note: You are not able to delete an account, but you can deactivate it or modify the account.

If you edit a line in the CSV file, you will need to input an operation character in column “H”

A - Add

Open

Once you have made the required changes, you can upload them on the page from which you downloaded the CSV file.

Any changes made are instantaneous.
