Importing and Exporting Group Options

Importing Group Options to BUZ

Settings → 

Inventory Settings → 

Group Options →

Select the File to upload →

Upload →

Select the Inventory Group for the Group Options and the Start Date → Import

Note:

You can future date your Group Options to automatically change

If you back date Group Options for existing orders in the system, you will need to edit these orders for the new Group Options to apply.

When Successfully loaded you will receive the following message in BUZ → 

Import Errors

Typical Error "Error in sheet: AWZS - Sheet Name: AWZS,Inventory Code: OPRLBRKT Column #:6 Row #:13"

Option Product Codes are validated as existing during the import and the above message indicates the Inventory Code was not found. If the Code is not a Code this indicates the column is not formatted correctly.

Exporting Group Options

Settings →

 Inventory Settings →

 Group Options Tab

Export Inventory Items

Select the:

Date (This filter allows you to download group options for a previous or future date)

Inventory Group Description (product group) or groups to download

Export

Data will be exporting into an excel document

Ensure a copy of the Group Options is saved BEFORE to any changes are made to ensure you have a backup.
