New Order Entry
Step 1: Key in all the required fields as per your Group Options and save the file to your computer. Remember to leave the PKID column blank
NOTES:
-Order should follow all the same rules as set by your Group Options
-Required questions must be answers
-Non-required questions can be left blank
-If a question has “Use first valid answer as default”, this will populate the first valid answer if left blank
Step 2: Start your order in BUZ by entering the customer details. In the Product Catalogue page, click on Select File, select your order file and click option. Once added, click on Upload.
Step 3: Finalise the order as normal
Edit/Modify an Existing Order
Step 1: Open the order, click on Options and then Edit.
Step 2: In the Cart screen, select the products you’d like to edit and click the Export button.
Step 3: Do not change the PKID, as this is what BUZ will use to identify which order line to modify. You can modify everything else in the file, remember to follow the rules as set out by your Group Options.
Step 4: Save the file and Import to BUZ
