Order Summary View - how to change what you see

Did you know you can change the order/quote summary view to show the product description instead of the code? This might make it easier for you to identity what the product is or if there is someone new to the business, they can see the full name of the item.

Here is an example of what your order/quote details screen might look like when you first start with BUZ:

With a few changes it can look like this:

How to make this change?

  1. Export your Inventory Items/s

  2. Remove the asterisk “*” from the Description heading in row 2

  3. Update the description of each line you want to update (check online for excel formulas to make it easier to update all the cells)

  4. Add 'E' in the Operation column and import it into BUZ
