Group Options - Keywords

BUZ has a few headings predetermined fields, which allow users to specify values in an order.
As an example if you use the heading ITEMWIDTH the value entered into the order will relate to the Products width
Keywords can be used in a variety of areas in the group options.
Keywords can be used in the “Headings” row - (row 1) the value selected or input will apply for the whole Product.
Or keywords can be added to the “Related Column Data Field” Row (row 4) then you can apply the value to a component rather than the whole order - example below in column E

Below is a table of Keywords with special significance. Keywords are used to fill in the Job Sheet and for pricing. If 2 columns are to apply to the same field add # and a unique number on the end of the Key Word e.g. DESCN and DESCN#2 where DESCN is a list of locations and DESCN#2 is a typing field if "Other" is selected.

CODEPART1 | Get Code of Material selected | Mostly used for Options that depend on the Material chosen e.g. Rail Road Y/N option only available for some fabrics. |
CODEPART2 | Get Code of Material Type selected | Restrict Options available based on the Material Type selected in the same way as Options that depend on a previous option selected. |
CODEPART3 | Get Code of Colour selected | As with CODEPART1 and CODEPART2 used for Options that depend on the Colour selected. Note not everyone uses Colour for colour, it might be Hinged or Sliding. |
DESCNPART1 | Get description of Material selected | Functions the same as CODEPART except use the full Material Description. |
DESCNPART2 | Get description of Material Type selected | Functions the same as CODEPART except use the full Material Type Description. |
DESCNPART3 | Get description of Colour selected | Functions the same as CODEPART except use the full Colour Description. |
Dispatch Notes | Only active in "Product" Groups - Dispatch notes to appear per line item. | |
Installation Note | Only active in "Extra" Group - Notes will show in dispatch and on the Work Sheet that can be printed in the Dispatch area. |

There may be situations where the primary question does not have the right values for the customer.
As an example you may have a list of potential rooms that the product will be located, but the clients location does not exist in the list, so there would be a second question that would allow a manual input.
DESCN would be the required heading that would link the answer to the Job Sheet but the issue here is that DESCN will show “Other” which we dont want in the jobsheet, we want to have the next answer populate in the job sheet (study)
To override the DESCN answer you can input a # and a number, this way you dont have the same heading twice, which will cause errors but if there is an answer in the DESCN#2 it will override the DESCN answer and show in the Job sheet
