Explaining the Group options table

The main 4 ares of the group options are as follow

HEADINGS

Row 1

Headings are linked to the Job sheet, some of these headings have to be defined a certain way so that BUZ recognises the type of question that has been asked.

Note that they are all in CAPITALS and contain no spaces or symbols (,.<>{}\-+=) and must be unique between the rows.

The main 4 ares of the group options are as follow

Inventory Item Code for pricing	Row 2	To indicate the inventory item code to be used to look up pricing for all group option answers add the inventory code in capitals that is to be looked up for price. This is not validated so if price does not appear check the code is correct and exists in Inventory Maintenance. Typical usage is Freight Product Code here, AMT as Field and the response is the price. Also can be used in the ITEMWIDTH Field to calculate a price based only on the width of an item
The column Key Word that which provides the product code for pricing which can be this column.	Row 3	if this is the quantity for a previously selected option this tells the system which option it applies to.
The field on the previous option’s charge record where answer is to be saved.	Row 4	Format is pipe character “\|” then the Type Word which can be QTY, ITEMWIDTH, ITEMHEIGHT, ITEMDEPTH, RRP, AMT. are Key Words.
Add value to Saved Field (Y) else Clear and then add (N or blank).	Row 5	This applies to text as well as numbers.

The Look Back column that the option relates to.	Row 6	The column that restricts the options available are dependent on (restricted by).
Is Required	Row 9	Enter Y if Option must be answered if available (enabled).
Can Mass Update	Row 10	This is for future functionality.
Claer value when Copied to new item	Row 11	Enter Y if the Option is to be cleared when copied from another line item.

Is Not for Online Wholesale Ordering	Row 12	These Options are for internal use e.g.manufacture or buy-in. Customer that login to your business will not be able to see these questions. BUZ2BUZ retailers however will see these questions.
Is Not for Shopping Cart Ordering	Row 13	TBA
Use First valid Answer as default	Row 14	Enter Y if the first available answer is to be displayed by default.
Help Message	Row 15	Text of a message to be displayed when the ? at the end of the line is clicked, ? is not displayed if there is no message.
Picture URL	Row 16	Display a picture specific to the option such as a technical drawing of a bracket.
