Any time a new lead is created in BUZ, you can have a few questions that will assist your business with marketing.
Use these questions to find out how your customers are hearing about your company and then you can use this data to see if the current marketing trends are working out for you.
We have a built-in report that can show you a period of data.
To find the marketing question go to Settings → Inventory Settings → Select the "Group Options" tab, click "Download current layouts" (in blue)
A new window will appear with a list of products. Scroll to the bottom, select "MARKETING" then press the Blue Export button.
An excel file will be downloaded to your system, generally in the "Downloads" folder
Once you open the file, you will be presented with a table similar to the one below
Here is an example of the layout you will see

Note: For the Lead Sources reports to work the first 2 column must be TYPE and COMPTYPES
If you are new to the system or just have not viewed the group options for a while the main areas of interest in this File are
Row 7 (in Green) These are the questions that will be visible to the client.
Rows 17+ (in Yellow) are the potential answers available.
Once you have finished the modifying the answers, save the document and follow the steps on the BUZ Group Options page to upload the data.
Marketing questions are not mandatory and you are able to remove them if you do not require them.
