PayPal Setup
Overview
PayPal is the default method of payment for Customer Users with a Credit Limit of $0.
To use the PayPal payment method you must first setup a PayPal account -> PayPal Sign up
Setup
Setup your company PayPal account
Setup your PayPal payment method in Buz (Settings-> Financial Settings-> Payment Method-> + Add)
Link BUZ to your paypal account
BUZ Setup
Go to Settings → Financial Settings
Then add a Payment Method for the Paypal account
API Key/ Customer ID (eWay, PayPal): Supplied by PayPal
Bank Account: Select from Bank Accounts setup in BUZ for the customer receipts to be posted to.
Merchant Fee%: In development
GL Code: The General Ledger Expense Code that the Merchant Fee is posted to.
Paypal
Next you need to login to Paypal and link the 2 accounts
Go to your Account settings → Website payments → Website preferences
-Auto-return
Select “On” then enter https://go.buzmanager.com/sales/paypal_ipnhandler in to the text box
-Payment data transfer
Scroll down and turn ON the payment data transfer so that BUZ will be notified about the payment from the customer
Customer card
The customer is essentially a COD customer so there can not be any credit limit, which will force them to go to Paypal once they have accepted the order
3. Set your customers to a credit limit of $0
4. Once your customer accepts an order they will be directed to the PayPal website to log in and pay thier invoice
Note: If they do not pay this invoice through PayPal the order will not be accepted and will be placed into "Awaiting credit approval" status
