Purpose
We will be discussing how to inform BUZ that about holidays of any kind.
There are 3 different areas that you could potentially update
Sales persons
Installers and
Production
Sales Reps
For Sales Reps you need will need to download the Sales settings Excel document
RefNo/Lead No - Leave empty
Sales Rep Code - This can be obtained from the Sales rep file
Appointment Details - Description if required
Appointment Date
Time Start
Time End
Operation -
A for Add
E - Edit
D - Deactivate
Details in bold must be completed

Installers
For Installers you need to download the Workflow settings Excel document
If it is a new entry leave the PKId Column blank, If updating or editing a previous entry a PKid will be present.
Enter the Installers code
The date that the installer will not be available
Add FALSE to inform BUZ that the Installer wont be picking up any items that day as well
Installer hours set to -1
-1 tells BUZ to ignore that whole day, 0 will still count this as a production day and may affect the dispatch date for orders
Add a Description if required
Next let BUZ know that the line is TRUE

Production
This relates to the Job Tracking Line, so it is a good idea to download both excel sheets so that you have the relevant codes
Job Tracking Exceptions
To allow customers to enter orders but for them not to fall on the days that you have holidays or closed

Workflow timing…….
Export Import Workflow Timing Settings
Download current layouts and select Job Tracking Exceptions
Enter your information Production Line Code, Production Date, Capacity, Description, Is Current, Operation
Note: Production Line code is the Job Tracking Line code

Note: the Operation is "A" for adding a new exception, a Pkid will be created by BUZ so do not fill this in. In the example above i have used the ALL Production Line Code as this reflects all Production lines. If you have different Production lines away at different times you will need to add them individually.
