Price Grid - Customer Group scenario's
Generally most price grids will look something like this
You can do to customise the way that pricing works by adding Customer Groups
Things that you need to consider if you choose to do this
If you have a customer in a Group, for the example we will select the Silver Group and order a product that is 1000 x 1000
If there is a specific Price grid for the customer group we will use that one first
If the “Silver” Price grid has not been populated with any values than the system will default to the “Master” or “Default” price grid group
If both the “Silver” and “Master” are not populated then the system will return an “error”
It will not look at any other grids as they are specifically setup for a different group.
