Payment Issue FAQ
Currently have a message popping up “Error making payment. Object reference not set to an instance of an object” when making any form of payment, the error comes up but the payment still records. What does this mean?
The issue is that you have connected your BUZ to Xero but you haven’t setup BUZ with the sales accounts needed to be able to send the payments and invoices to Xero.
On the BUZ to Xero screen there is a list of things that need to be setup for it to work. I have linked the Bank Account in BUZ for you already but the rest of it needs to be setup and I am not sure what the links are.

Note:
You can not edit the accounts in BUZ, you can only import them from Xero.
