Lead Updates – Sales Reps
How can I make it easier for sales reps to view new leads?
--Depending on your requirements, you can take a few different options
Option 1:
When creating a lead, leave the time field blank.
When sales reps check their calendars for the day, the new leads will appear at the top of the day.
Option 2:
Step 1:
Create new Lead Status (can be name according to business requirements) and assign new leads.
*How to set up new Lead Status’s: Order Status
Step 2:
Sales rep log into their profile and go to search leads tab
Leads > Search > New Leads
New leads will appear in this section and sales reps can do into customer cards to view details and make appointments
Option 3:
An email option can be set so sales reps don’t need to log into Buz to view all the details. This can be set up so an email will be sent every time there is Status change.
Step 1:
*Create an email template to send to sales reps Email Templates

Set up lead Status (ensure to select option to “Send Email on Status Change” Order Status
Step 3:
When creating new leads, change the Status according to setup in Step 2.
Once you submit (“Schedule”) an email notification will be sent to the associated sales rep.
