Error on Accepting an Order

Currently have a message popping up “There is a problem with placing this order! Cannot calculate a dispatch date for this order! You possibly have no active(and / or missing) Job Tracking or dispatch status or types" when Accepting an Order. What does this mean?

The issue is that you have as issue with a missing Dispatch inventory type, Job Statuses or dispatch statuses. Have there been any recent changes to your Job Tracking or Dispatch statuses. Where there any changes to your Dispatch Types?

You order needs the following Job Tracking Status functions to successfully process in BUZ

  1. Unstarted
  2. Waiting for Check Measure (for Retailers)
  3. Confirmed
  4. On Hold
  5. Completed
  6. Cancelled

  2. Check Measure Complete (for Retailers)
  3. Confirmed
  4. Complete
  5. On Hold

Dispatch Types have functions in BUZ to successfully process your order you need to make sure any new dispatch types have Inventory Installation Items configured. Help can be found here for setting up Dispatch Inventory Item types and here for setting up new dispatch types.
