Add a question to select the Dispatch type

You have the ability to set the dispatch type in the Extra section. After selecting all the products, you can have a question that defaults to the Disptach type.

Add Dispatch Types

To do this, you need to first setup the Dispatch types that you require

For this example, I am going to add extra Courier methods

Add the couriers, Installers or other dispatch options that you would like to be offered in the Extras Area

Add Inventory Items and link to the dispatch type

Now that you have added the various couriers, we need to link these to Inventory items, which can be attached to the Group Options.

You can also add a price to the option here if required.

Add to Group Options

Now that we have an Inventory Item, we can now link this to the answers on the Extras page.

Once you have downloaded and opened the Excel file, add in the Question, if you don't already have one, along with the answers and link the Inventory item Code to the Answer/s.

Save the file and upload it into BUZ.

Final Step - Testing

The last step is to create a test, accept the order and check that the correct dispatch type has been added.
