Cancelling BUZ Software Subscription

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to ensure the process is simple and hassle-free.

Important Notes Before Cancelling

• Billing Cycle: Cancellation is effective immediately upon confirmation. Please note that any unused days in your subscription will be forfeited.

• Data Backup: BUZ Software does not retain any information once a subscription is cancelled. You may wish to download and save a copy of your data before proceeding. Below is a list of commonly exported data:

  • Inventory Items

  • Groups

  • Group Options

  • Price and Cost Grids

  • Price Coefficients

  • Document Templates

  • Email Templates

Steps to Cancel Your Subscription

1. Log In to BUZ Software

   • Ensure you log in as an Admin user with full access.

2. Access Organization Details

   • Go to Settings in the main menu.

   • Navigate to Organization Details.

3. Initiate Cancellation

   • Scroll to the bottom of the page.

   • Click the Cancel BUZ Subscription button.

4. Confirm Cancellation

   • Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your cancellation.
