Managing your billing and licensing for BUZ Software is simple and transparent. Below, you'll find everything you need to know about subscriptions, license types, payment methods, and how to get help with your billing queries.
Common Billing Questions
1. How do I view my current subscription plan?
Go to Settings > Users > License Details in your BUZ account.
Use the Role/License Type, Total Users and Pricing Calculator to determine your monthly spend.
2. How are licenses billed?
Licenses are billed monthly based on the number of active users.
Invoices are due within 7 days of the invoice date.
3. What if I need to add or remove licenses?
Add Licenses:
Navigate to Settings > Users and add users. Your next invoice will reflect these changes.Remove Licenses:
Deactivate users in the User Settings area. Changes will apply in the next billing cycle.
Payments and Invoicing
1. What payment methods are accepted?
BUZ Software accepts credit/debit cards.
2. How do I update my payment details?
Go to Settings > Organization Details > View Payment Method.
3.Can I view past invoices?
All invoices are emailed to your nominated address.
If you’ve lost an invoice, email accounts@buzsoftware.com.au with the following details:
Your name.
Your company name (as it appears in BUZ Software).
Invoice number or the month/year of the required invoice.

A: Yes, charges for user licenses are based on the full billing cycle.
