Group Options - Look back @ BUZ Column Name

On this page we will explain Row 6 - Look Back @ BUZ Column Name
For this example you can Ignore the data in rows 2-5 and 9-16
The scenario for this is that depending on the type of system that is selected in Column B "SYS" then opens or closes the answers that can be selected furth on
Rows 17 and below list options for both ‘L’ and Look-Back commands. These can consist of up to 3 sections separated the vertical line (Known as the Pipe character| ) The parameters are explained using the following example:- LEFT CHAIN|Stainless Steel|OPCHASSTL

LEFT CHAIN | This means that this option is only to be shown if the value selected in the Look-Back option matches it. | So if LEFT CHAIN (not case sensitive) was chosen in the previous option then Stainless Steel will be in the dropdown for them to choose. |
|Stainless Steel | This is the text that will be presented in the list to the person entering the item. | |
|OPCHASSTL | Inventory Code for pricing. This is the second option for L or third for V is used. | To indicate the inventory code to be used to look up pricing add the pipe character "|" followed by the inventory code in capitals that is to be looked up for price. This is not validated so if price does not appear check the code is correct and exists in Inventory Maintenance. |
Until "Price On" is answered the following questions do not have any available answers
If "Standard Matrix" is selected "S40" and "S60" are available
But if "Upgrade to S60" only "S60" is available
To make this possible we have to set up the answers in a way that restricts the outcomes depending on the answer
The first thing to look at here is that the "HEADINGS" and the "Look Back @BUZ Column Name"
The matching cells are highlighted in Red, Green and Yellow to show how they connect, but note that the HEADING must be on the left of any look backs, you cannot have the Question after the look back
