Why is the Check Measure Complete button not moving my order to an Unstarted Job Tracking Status?

BUZ processes your Check Measures based on having the correct Job Tracking and Dispatch Statuses configured (click here for set up details). If your Order is not updating/moving to the Job Tracking Status 'Unstarted' after marking the order Check Measure Complete in the Order Summary Screen and the order is staying with the Job Tracking Status Function 'Waiting For Check Measure' you will need to check your Inventory Groups to insure your Install Standard Minutes isn't set to -1. 

If it's set to  -1 BUZ then thinks the order already has a record and cancels the process to move the Check Measure Complete to Job Tracking 'Unstarted'.

Go to:

Settings →  Inventory Settings → Inventory Groups

Check the Install Standard Minutes →  update from - 1 

→  0 → Save
