Why cant I print a Job Sheet?

Order has been processed, there is a Job Tracking line but I cant print the Jobsheet for one (or more) products.



In the Scenario below, the Rollers (RL) wont print

 

 It isn’t obvious but you can see that the image for Jobsheet isnt present

This means that there is a problem with the group. There could be a few factors

The group may have no job sheet attached or the jobsheet is corrupted or missing relevant information

The Group may not have a Job Tracking line attached (Click here for more information)

 

The Group may not have any Production Standard Minutes allocated

 

 

Once you have added a Job Tracking line you will need to go to any orders with the missing Job Tracking Status and process them accordingly.

 

 

If the problem was fixed the job sheet icons will re appear once the order has been processed
