Job sheet - Unable to download a Job sheet

Symptoms

• Can not download the Jobsheet (PDF)

• Job tracking status is not present

Open

Or

• The Excel Jobsheet contains customer information but no product information

Open

Cause - Group has not been allocated a Job tracking line

Solution - Go to Settings → Inventory settings → Groups Tab → Select the product that you are ordering 

Scroll down to the Job Tracking (Default) heading and select the appropriate job tracking line and Save the change at the bottom.
