Why can't I Invoice my order?

BUZ processes your order to invoice using the Dispatch status function Completed. If your orders won't Invoice please check you have this function configured.

Go to:

Settings →  Workflow Timing & Tracking Settings → Dispatch Status

You should see a status Completed


If you don't have this please add the status.
