Restrict an order - Item Width

There might be times when you wish to restrict a particular option.
An example of this would be that if the size of the window were larger than the standard size, there would be a requirement for a larger tube.
We can add a note for the sales rep or customer to use, but another backup is to add a price and/or cost grid so that if the dimensions input don't fall in the correct value, the order cannot be processed.
