Why is my job sheet printing the same line multiple times?
The order in question has 6 products
Yet the job sheet is showing 8?
(Notice that the bottom lines are very small, this is also a hint that there is something wrong)
This is due to the Data Settings in the Jobsheet
Specifically the First Row, Last Row and Right Column
The Job sheet has more lines than the Data settings and if there is formula’s in the lines they will populate the information.
So why does this matter?
The program uses the “Data settings” to determine how many lines it has available and how many extra lines it needs to add.
Once the system calculates that extra lines are required it will copy the formula in the last line and repeat them for all the extra products.
If it doesn't match correctly lines may appear in various orders and will contain duplicate information.
