Can BUZ send SMS's to Clients?

The short answer is yes, it is possible.

BUZ has been working with “Burst SMS” to send emails in a format that they can convert it to text.

You will need to set up an account with Burst SMS and register an email address.

You can then attach an email template to a Lead or Order status so that when it changes an automated email will be sent to the customer.

We do have a more efficient SMS API in the pipeline but have a few things we are working on before we get there.
