Sending customers Automatic Emails when an Order is Accepted

BUZ has the ability to send automatic emails for an order when the  Order, Job tracking and Dispatch Status are changed.

Automatic (status) change emails can be sent to your customers using different email templates based on your customer groups.

To send automatic emails when an order is Accepted, set up BUZ as per the below steps. This automatic email will be sent when the ACCEPT green button is hit as an order is being placed in BUZ even if the order requires a Check Measure to be completed or the order to be

approved (Needs Minimum Deposit Approval/Discount Approval Needed).

Step 1 → Set up your email templates, you can have different templates for different Customer groups some example can be found here.

Step 2 → Set up or check you have the following Order Status with the required function Needs Processing.

Settings → Sales Settings → Order Status

Step 3 → Update the Accepted (Needs Processing) Order Status to Send Email on Status Change and choose which Email Template to use.
