Leads - Rebook

Rebooking allows you to book a lead with the same details on another date or time. This allows you to quickly add the same details should more time be required to complete the in-home quoting process.

Note: Rebook will create a new Lead number

Follow the steps below to rebook an appointment.

1. Navigate to and open the lead. Leads - How to Find an Existing Lead

2. Click the dropdown arrow next to the Schedule button, then click Rebook.

3. Update the details as required (e.g. the date or time) and click Next.

4. Review the details and click Schedule to save the new Lead.
