Leads - How to Find an Existing Lead

To locate an existing lead, follow these steps:

  1. Using the Leads Module:

    • Navigate to Sales > Leads.

    • Click on the Search button to open the search page.

    • Enter any of the following details to search for a lead:

      • Lead Number

      • Customer/Company Name

      • Mobile Number

      • Sales Representative Name

    • Alternatively, use filters to narrow your search by lead appointment date or status.

  1. Using the Calendar:

    • Go to the Calendar view.

    • Filter by date and sales representative to locate the lead.

  1. Using the Customer Activity Screen:

    • Navigate to Contacts > Customers.

    • Search for the customer by entering their details.

    • Click on the customer’s name to open their contact card.

    • Click on View Activity.

    • Ensure Show Leads is selected and click Show to display the leads.

Note

BUZ calendars only display appointments up to three weeks in the past. If you need to see older leads, you can run a report. The Leads Analysis (Detailed) report is the best option, as it allows you to:

  • Group lead appointments by date

  • See their status (Won, Cancelled, Not Measured, etc.)

  • Group leads by Sales Rep
