Leads - How to Create a Private Appointment

To create a private appointment in BUZ, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Calendar.

2. Click on New Private Appointment - Lead.

Open

3. Fill in the required details:

   • Select a Sales Representative.

   • Select the Date.

   • Enter the Start and End Times.

     • Note: If left blank, the appointment will be scheduled without specific times.

   • Fill in any additional notes if necessary.

Open

4. Click Save to save the private appointment.
