Creating a New Quote
A new Quote can be initiated from:
The Lead Schedule button.
The Sales Rep's Calendar.
The Quoting & Ordering Dashboard
The Main Dashboard
The Customer Card

An existing Quote
To Create a Quote from the Lead Schedule button.
Click the down arrow at the right hand end of the button and select Start New Quote.
To Create a Quote from a Sales Rep's Calendar open BUZ ā Calendar
Select the Rep Calendar you want to create a Lead from (if you are the RepĀ only your calendar will appear and will default to day view)
Right click on the Lead and SelectĀ OpenĀ to check the Customer Card then select Start New Quote
or Double click on the Lead and Select Start New Quote
Type in a Reference and the select Next
Select the Product you want and answer the Product Questions
From the Dashboards & Customer Contact
Quoting & Ordering click + New Sale at top left

From the Main Dashboard click + New Sale at top right
From the Customer CardĀ + New Sale at top right
From an Existing QuoteĀ āĀ Copy Feature
Click the Option button at top left
Select Copy a popup asks to confirm copy action
Original quote is displayed with Check-boxes at the left of each line, tick the lines to be copied.
At the bottom left is the Save new quote button (you may need to scroll down) and in brackets it shows the number of lines to be copied. Click this button when the desired lines to copy are selected.
The quote is saved with the same quote number but with the next available letter and the edit line items page opens, from here the items can be edited, additional items added or even item removed.
Finalize order as usual.
NOTE: If the purpose of the copy is to split a quote you will need to return to the original quote and delete the lines that were copied.
From an Existing Quote
Click on the linkĀ Start New Quote
Your Date, Branch, Sales Representative, Tax and Customer will automatically be populated, these can be edited if required
Type in a Reference and the select Next
Select the Product you want and answer the Product Questions
