BUZ2BUZ Error when ordering from a supplier

Currently have a message popping up “The Insert statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint ....” 

The issue is the supplier may have updated their group options or pricing for the products.

The work around is to open the quote and edit the product item lines checking if any more product questions or a price change has been updated by the supplier then re submit the order.
