Incorrect Stock Counts

This may be due to the stocktake not being allocated to a Branch. To resolve you need to create a stocktake for the Head Office (this may be different as per your Branches setup) branch.

Get the correct Branch details by going to the Branches area in BUZ.
Go to:
Settings > Branches

Open

Open

-Download a copy of the stocktake file with the (Not Selected) branch.

Change the Branch Code and Branch Descn to HO and Head Office

Complete the stocktake by filling in the Date, Stocktake Ref No, Qty Count, and Operation columns.

Upload to BUZ.
