Keeping a copy of all the emails that are sent out of BUZ

BUZ does not save all the documents that have been generated for an order, so if there is an update to an order you won't be able to see the previous quote that was emailed.

If you want a copy of all the quotes sent out you can create an email address, either a free one like Gmail or Outlook or create a new email address in your domain and add the email address to the BCC Field

Anytime a sales rep or customer user emails a quote, you can have a copy saved to the account you created and if there is a dispute or you would like to lookup a previous order you can check the inbox and search for the Order reference.

 

And because you are using the BCC field the customer wont see this address in the email.

Multiple Email Addresses

You are not limited to just one email address in any of the areas.
If you use a semicolon ; you can have multiple email addresses saved

 

 

Email templates are not only for Customers

Not all emails need to go to the customer, you can set the default email address to be someone else like a supplier or someone internal, maybe the production manager or purchasing area. 

 

House keeping

Finally it's a small thing but one that could make life a little easier
You can sort the emails and document templates into an order using the sequence number the lower the number, the higher it sits in the list.
Having the templates in an order can make it easier to find them.
