Clearing the Cache in Your Browser
Here at BUZ we use cookies and cache to help provide you a speedy service without affecting performance.
We also have security tokens which let you stay logged in for a period of time on trusted devices.
As useful as caching is sometimes it can get in the way. We may push an update to our users but changes aren't reflected right away due to us and the browser having cached it.
What does a browser cache do?
Every time a user loads a webpage, their browser has to download quite a lot of data in order to display that webpage. To shorten page load times, browsers cache most of the content that appears on the webpage, saving a copy of the webpage's content on the device’s hard drive. This way, the next time the user loads the page, most of the content is already stored locally and the page will load much more quickly.
Finding and Clearing the Cache in Your Browser
The very first thing you'll need to do is find where the cache settings are in your browser. With the cache, we'll just want to clear the data so recent changes we've made appear right away. This doesn't delete any important data, so don't worry.
