Why cant I accept an order - Quick Quote

You might notice that a particular quote wont allow you or anyone else to accept it.

With an error that reads “Order has some invalid/(quick quote) items. Please uncheck quick quote and update items before proceeding.”

This means that there is an item or multiple items that are in the “Quick Quote” Setting

You will also see the red line in the cart

To change the state of the item from quick quote to a normal quote edit the order, go to the order screen and untick the “Quick Quote” box.

If there is any mandatory questions that need to be answered they will need to be completed before updating the order.
