Email - User interface
In the top left there will be a new icon for notifications (Bell)
When you send an email the message has changed to "Sending email..."
This is to inform you that the email template has been selected and will be sent to the recipient/s
After a period of time, anything from a few seconds to 48 hours, the history will update to say that the email has been delivered
You will also get a notification, which can be helpful if you have left the order screen.
If the email is opened the history will update with that information, this may depend on the receivers email service though, not all providers allow read receipts, so you might not get this for every email.
If an email bounces BUZ will also display this
The initial notification will inform you that the email had been sent from BUZ, this does not necessarily mean that it has been received by the recipient, just that the process has started.
If the email does not make it to the recipient you will get a notification.
BUZ will ask you to allow notifications, this is so that you can be notified that an email has or has not been sent successfully, you can allow or block this at any time by clicking the padlock icon in the top left of the screen and changing the status there.
Google Chrome
Mozilla Firefox
Microsoft Edge
Safari
Once a notification is logged the system will wait 5 minutes before logging any new notification, this is to reduce the amount of notifications as some email domains will spam the history with hundreds of notifications
