BUZ 2 BUZ - Selling to a BUZ retailer

This guide outlines the steps to allow a retailer to access and sell your products through BUZ2BUZ.

Create a Customer Group (Optional)

Creating a customer group allows you to tailor the product offerings for your retailer.

  • Control Product Visibility: Choose which products the retailer can view and access.

  • Connect Discount Groups: Apply specific discounts to products for this retailer.

  • Connect Price Grid Groups: Customize pricing for different product categories.

Setting up a Customer Group is optional but can be beneficial for managing retailer-specific settings.

 

Create a Customer Card

  • Set up a customer card to ensure that all orders placed by the retailer are correctly assigned to a customer in your organization.

Invite the Retailer to Access Your Account as a Customer

  • Send an invitation to the retailer, allowing them access to the BUZ Portal. This will enable them to connect the groups they wish to offer to their customers.

  • Note if you deactivate this user, they will not be able to send orders to your organisation.

Provide the Retailer with Your Organization’s Access Key

  • Navigate to Settings > BUZ to BUZ in your BUZ account.

  • Here, you'll find your organization key. Share this key with the retailer so they can connect to your account, order products, and send orders directly to your BUZ system.

 

Important Notes

  • Automatic Updates: Any updates you make to Material Lists, Group Options (Questions and Answers), and Pricing will automatically be reflected in the retailer's products. This ensures that the retailer always has the most current information.

  • Do Not Recycle Inventory Items:

    • If you have old fabrics or materials, deactivate them instead of renaming them to a new colour or range. Renaming existing items can affect all current and previous orders, leading to inconsistencies.

    • Adding New Items: When introducing a new colour or range, add these as new items and deactivate the old ones. Keep in mind that edits to fabrics or materials will not be sent to the retailers, so they will only see the original name/title.

 

Wholesalers receiving orders via BUZ2BUZ

B2B orders will appear in your "Awaiting action"

 

Within your list shown below, your reference will include your customers order number from their BUZ.

The status will be set to "won" and you will need to process the order (Options→ process)
