Inventory Stocktake

Inventory Stocktake

Stocktake can be done when required. In BUZ, you can use Inventory Stocktake to check what quantities of products you should currently have. BUZ uses this information along with your product setup to determine what you should order via the Re-order function in Purchase Orders.

-At least 1 stocktake must be done for the Stock Re-order function to work.
-Bill of Materials (BOM) must be created for stock to automatically deduct from stock. If BOM is not active, you can still manually do a stocktake for the stock re-order function to work.

How to:

Step 1: Download our inventory "Stocktake template file (Select Inventory Groups to Export)"

Start by downloading our inventory stocktake template file. This file gives you a good base to start with that you can modify to fit your requirements. Go to:
Settings > Inventory Items > Stocktake > Download Stocktake Template file (Select Inventory Groups to Export)

-Next select a Branch (Note: you can only select 1 branch at a time). If you have setup different branches it will show here otherwise the options will be (Not Selected) and Head Office. DO NOT use the (Not Selected) option for your first stocktake.
Click Download Template and open the downloaded excel file.
