Step 5: Fill in Appointment Details
Reference Schedule: Use the bottom section of the Schedule Appointment area to view all sales representatives’ existing appointments. This helps in selecting an appropriate date and time.
Select a Sales Representative: Choose a representative for the appointment.
Select a Date: Pick the appointment date from the calendar.
Enter Start and End Time:
Provide the start and end times for the appointment.
Note: If left blank, the appointment will be scheduled without specific times, represented by question marks in the calendar.
Select a Status: Choose the appropriate status for the appointment. Note: the first Not Measured function will be selected by default.
Add Notes: Include additional details such as "Parking on premises" or "Ladder required."
