The Leads Dashboard offers a comprehensive overview of your lead management activities. It provides key metrics and visual insights to help you track and evaluate the status of your leads effectively.

Key Features:

  • Summary Metrics (Navigation Tiles): Quickly view the number of leads in each key category:

    • Waiting for Follow-Up: Leads that require follow-up (lead status with the Follow Up function).

    • Won this month: Leads successfully converted into customers or opportunities.

    • Scheduled: Leads with planned follow-up actions.

  • Graphical Insights: Visualize your performance with a graph comparing Won vs Lost leads, helping you analyse conversion rates and identify improvement areas.

  • Quick Navigation:

    • Create a New Lead: Start a new lead by clicking the +New Lead button.

    • Search for Leads:

      • Use the Search button to navigate to the Leads search page.

      • Use the Navigation Tiles to quickly find leads in the related function.

    • View the Calendar: Access the calendar to review scheduled follow-ups and appointments.
