Lead Subject / Description / Notes

Lead Subject/Description/Notes can be added in the Schedule Appointment screen when creating or editing a lead. This note will appear in multiple locations detailed below.

Lead Customer Notes

Customer Notes in the Lead Summary Screen will only appear in the Lead Summary area.

 

Lead History Notes

Notes can be added to lead history to identify what changes were made to the lead appointment and who requested it. To add a note:

  1. Click +Add Notes

  1. Type your notes

  2. Click Save
