Job Scanning

Overview

By scanning either the barcode on a job sheet to change all of that product on the order or scanning individual barcode labels the status of a job can be changed. This action changes the status of items as they move through Job Tracking.

Workflow > Job Scanning

1. Select the status "Job Tracking status code" you want to update the order to or you can have a sheet of barcodes to scan which represent each Job Tracking Status Code

2. Select your Process " Job Tracking Process Code"

3. Select your scheduled date

4. Click on the bar code field and scan away

Other notes:

You can manually enter the Job number into the Bar Code Field

If you want to add a note, but not change the status of the order you can select N/A
