User Groups vs User Roles

Groups differ from User Roles

There are 6 User Roles

• Administrator

• Sales Rep

• Installer

• Scanning Station

• Customer User

• Lead Taker

Each role has a different level of access within BUZ

BUZ can also be customised to restrict access of a particular area or function further if needed.

As an example, a User may need Administration access to process orders and complete banking but you may not want the use to be able to edit any inventory.

Or you might want a user to be able to update Question, Answers and add inventory, but you don't want them to be able to approve Orders that have not met the minimum discount

All the users would have an Administration level of access but both users would be in different User Groups
