Leads - Distance Calculator

The coloured box on the top right of each appointment shows the distance (in kilometres) between appointments. This does not calculate the starting kilometres from the office or home address of the sales representative.

Distance Indicators:

• Green: Less than 10 km.

• Orange: 10 - 20 km.

• Red: More than 20 km.

How is the Distance Calculated?

• When a new lead is created, the distance from the new lead to existing appointments in the sales calendar is calculated automatically.

• The calculation is based on Google Maps data and measures distance "as the crow flies" (straight-line distance).

  • Note: Traffic conditions are not taken into account.

• If an address is manually added (and not found in Google Maps), the distance will not be calculated.
