Customer is unable to access my company profile
After sending an invite, the customer logs in only to be taken to another organisation that they also use or may have previously used.
This is not unusual and quiet easy to fix.
They need to go to the “My BUZ” page.
To do this select the icon with the person in the top right of the screen
Once the drop down menu appears select "My BUZ"
Then select the company they wish to place the order with
