A warning message can be setup for each customer to let Sales and Admin staff know of any special requirements. The warning message will be visible in:

Contact Card

Warning Message Setup

To assign a warning message and warning colour to a customer:

  1. Open the customer billing card.

  2. Click Edit Details.

  1. Type in the warning message.

  1. Select a colour and Save.

    1. The warning will appear as shown in Order Summary and Customer card.

    2. The warning colour will be the colour of the text in Dispatch Scheduling.
