To be clear about when Lead Statuses change

  • When a lead is added, the lead gets the first Lead Status with a Function of Not Measured, hence the importance of Sequence Number to manage the priority.
  • Once a quote has been done the Lead gets the first Lead Status with a Function of Follow Up,Won, Cancelled or Lost as appropriate.
  • Private Appointments.
  • Manually set statuses.
