Report for the Group options in an order

I want to run a report that tells me how many components I have selected

 

BUZ Setup

BUZ has fields that can be used to create different things like Leads, Customers, Orders and other things.

We can use those fields to create a report.

For example

When you create a customer there are fields that you can enter information, which we can then create a report using those fields as “Headings”

BUZ can create reports for defined fields that we have created, you can also create a customised report using Odata you can see a large list of these fields when you raise a report.

 

Another place where you find a list of fields is in the Job sheet

In Row 5 and 6 you can find the Order, Customer and Sales rep information

and In Row 10 and 11 you will see all the “Main Product Headings”

Information like the Material, Width, Height, Quantity and Pricing

 

Some of these fields are linked to the questions in the Sales area

 

What you won't find is any of the customised Question and answers from the Group options

This is because they are not defined values that are written into the program, Group options are created by an Admin user and each list of questions and answers for a product can vary in size, which is way we dont not have a report for this area.

 

So how do I find track this Group options area

Don't lose hope, there is a way that you can have a report to find out how many components you have sold, or to find out if a question has been answered.

To do this you need to add an Inventory item to the group option answer, by doing this you can then run a Product analysis report for that item
